These Terms govern the use of BackRig software and related services. By using BackRig, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

BackRig creates compressed backups of SQL Server databases and uploads them to destinations configured by the user, including Google Drive and FTP storage.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your database content.
• You are responsible for your cloud storage accounts.
• You must ensure you have permission to back up the databases you select.
• You must keep your license credentials secure.

License & Plans

• Features and limits depend on your active plan.
• Plans may enforce limits on number of databases and retention.
• Device binding may be enforced.

Google Drive Integration

Google Drive access is granted by the user via OAuth. BackRig only uploads backup files and does not manage unrelated files.

No Warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for verifying your backups.

Limitation of Liability

BackRig is not liable for data loss, service interruption, or storage provider failures.

Termination

Licenses may be suspended in case of abuse or violation of plan limits.
